URSB is mandated under cap 210 of the Laws of Uganda to deliver a number of registration services aimed at facilitating and enabling private sector growth leading to a better investment climate in the country.

The signing ceremony was held at the URSB head office at Georgian House Kampala between NSSF, Managing Director Richard Byarugaba and Registrar General, Bemanya Twebaze who appreciated the partnership and said Government has always enjoined institutions to partner so as to eliminate bottlenecks to service delivery.

“Under this arrangement, URSB will provide NSSF with information on companies and bio data for NSSF’s members. This information is vital in enabling the Fund improve compliance and benefits processing. Our partnership with URSB is therefore very timely because it enables us access vital information on companies necessary for our compliance audits.
