Africell Uganda has launched an initiative that will see customers get free smartphones upon buying a one year special data package priced at Ushs 349,000. The initiative dubbed ‘Bakakase’ is in partnership with USA based device company iDROID. Customers who pay for long term bundles (Yearly) will win the iDROID Royal V4 smartphone which was launched 2 weeks ago priced at Ushs 499,000.
According to Africell’s Communications Manager Marvin Kagoro, this campaign is one of the many customer oriented promotions the telecom has planned to roll out in the next few months.
