Pearl Nimusiima, a seasoned communications and marketing specialist with experience spanning over 10 years has been appointed the Public Affairs and Communications Manager for Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU).
Pearl, has worked in both the private and public sectors supporting projects with strategy development and implementation of various communication campaigns.
Her communications knowledge covers corporate reputation business strategy development and implementation; stakeholder identification, management and engagement; media management; fundraising, concept development, grievance management, and crisis communications.
Before CCBU, Pearl worked for the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), UNICAF University, Hill + Knowlton Strategies as well as Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA).
Pearl holds a Master’s in Management Studies and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and an MBA (Management) from Uganda Management Institute. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication & Media Studies from Uganda Christian University, Mukono
Pearl has a heart for children and is actively involved in 40 Days Over 40 Smiles Foundation and Humura Childcare Ministries charity organizations devoted to changing the lives of children by providing education prospects.
