LAST FLIGHT OUT: Minister Kabatsi’s letter to CAA boss, Prof David Kakuba ahead of his June 30th contract expiry

Prof. David Kakuba has been CAA Managing Director since March 2017. Before that he was Deputy Managing Director of the airports Authority since 2008.
Yesterday CEO East Africa Magazine broke a story that the contract of Professor David Mpango Kakuba, Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) Director-General shall end on June 30th and it shall not be renewed over age.
