Inside UCC’s 20 years of regulation

Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is celebrating 20 years of regulating the country’s communication sector, a fete whose event comes 21 years since it agency’s establishment. UCC was established by The Uganda Communications Act of 1997. The Act was enacted to provide for the restructuring of the communications industry in Uganda by establishing the Uganda Communications Commission, pro
