Over 400,000 Ugandans graduate from local universities every year. However, 70% of these end up unemployed. This according to Everjobs, a new online job portal in Uganda, presents an opportunity for the country’s labor market. The company’s MD for Africa Eric Lauer says employability of fresh graduates is the biggest problem faced by employers in the country.
