President Museveni has appointed Hajat Sharifah Buzeki, the Commissioner of Human Resource Management at the Ministry of Public Service as the new Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). Ms. Buzeki was among the short listed candidates for KCCA’s top job. The appointment was confirmed early morning today by Faruk Kirunda, President Museveni’s Deputy Spokesperson.
