Power distributor Umeme is closing 2020 on a high note after completing the $83.3 million planned expenditure despite challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Umeme spent $83.3 million (UGX310 billion) in 2020 to ramp up capacity enhancement and porno türk network stabilization programme in rapidly growing regions across its footprint.
