Patrick Mbonye is the Chief Executive Officer of Q-Sourcing Servtec Group, a multi-professional management solutions firm. Under his leadership, the company has become a cornerstone in the East African region, innovatively supporting hundreds of organizations by providing them with skilled talent.
In 2021, Q-Sourcing Servtec Group entered a significant partnership with Worldwide Recruitment Solutions, intensifying its focus on the burgeoning oil and gas sector’s manpower needs. The company’s expertise in recruitment and human resource consultancy is well-recognized, having collaborated with prominent players like Total, CNOOC, Worley, SINOPEC, and the East African Crude Oil Pipeline.
Mbonye’s illustrious career spans a multitude of global reform processes, primarily in supporting national, sector-wide projects and implementing result-oriented management assessment in both public and private sector management. While working with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), he made substantial contributions by managing and coordinating the utilization of a Private Sector Development Grant Fund. This initiative, rather than being notable for its monetary value alone, had a significant impact on the growth and development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Microfinance sectors.
Further demonstrating his commitment to strategic growth and development, Mbonye has been instrumental in designing strategic financing and investment partnership documents. These documents have guided the relationship between the Government of Uganda, UNDP, and implementing agencies, particularly in the realm of Private Sector Development.
An advocate of continuous learning and improvement, Mbonye is actively implementing the SEED transformation plan for Q-Sourcing Servtec Group, a program conceptualized by Stanford Business School, USA.
Educationally, he is equipped with a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics, a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Management, and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mbonye is a passionate hiker, cyclist, and mountaineer.
