Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) has come out to put the record straight about ongoing works on the Arua Airfield. In a statement, UCAA management explains the different issues raised by Members of Parliament of the Public Accounts Committee of the Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises noting that what is making round on social media has been blown out of proportion and context.
