Behind every successful leader is a circle of people who witnessed the journey long before the titles, boardrooms and accolades arrived. At the launch of And Then What?, some of the people who know Francis Kamulegeya best — Jackie Asiimwe, Apollo Makubuya, Sophie Kamulegeya (wife), Robert Kabushenga, Crystal Kabajwara and Gloria Byamugisha — shared stories of friendship, resilience, discipline, mentorship and significance that revealed the man behind the corporate success.
