Court has dismissed with costs a case in which businessman Amos Nzeyi had accused Bank of Uganda (BOU) of illegal closure of the National Bank of Commerce (NBC). Nzeyi co-owned NBC with former premier, Amama Mbabazi and Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda.
