President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has in fulfilment of his mandate, nominated Kampala lawyer, Mrs Dorothy Kisaka as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). Subject to passing interviews by the Public Service Commission, Kisaka will replace Eng. Andrew Mubiru Kitaka who has been in an acting role since 20th December 2018 when the former city Chief Executive, Mrs Jennifer Musisi resigned the job. High Court Judge, Ssekaana Musa has this morning ordered Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) to refund UGX13,726,210,605 to billboard companies- an amount he says was illegally levied. Delivering his ruling in MISC.
