Governance specialist, lawyer & devout Christian: What we know about Dorothy Kisaka, Kampala City’s Chief Executive designate

A lawyer, leadership mentor, governance advisor and former NRM Electoral Commissioner. She is well-read too. She graduated from Makerere University with a Bachelors of Law in 1987. She also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, as well as a second Master of Arts in Leading Innovation and Change from the York St. John University in the United Kingdom
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has in fulfilment of his mandate, nominated Kampala lawyer, Mrs Dorothy Kisaka as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). Subject to passing interviews by the Public Service Commission, Kisaka will replace Eng. Andrew Mubiru Kitaka who has been in an acting role since 20th December 2018 when the former city Chief Executive, Mrs Jennifer
