Manufacturers, led by Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Uganda (Century and Rwenzori Bottling Companies), have applauded the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) on commencing the long-awaited maintenance works on the Kampala–Jinja highway. Starting at the famed Coca-Cola Namanve and Kigunga sections, the 72km road maintenance works will restore severely distressed parts of the trade critical road.
