Stephen Kaboyo appointed Czech Republic Consul to Uganda

Stephen Kaboyo, an international financial markets consultant has been appointed the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Kampala, Uganda. The appointment was made by Mr. Tomáš Petříček, the Czech Republic’s Minister of Foreign Affairs on June 23rd, 2020 and ratified by Uganda’s Foreign Affairs Ministry on 4th August 2020. A consul is an official representative of the government
