By Patrick Kagenda  Stephen Mubiru is a young man in his late 30`s and hails from Nakaseke District. A couple of years ago, he completed his primary education at the age of thirteen but due to lack of tuition he decided to join his maternal uncle who owned a flourishing electronics trade in Katwe, a suburb town on the outskirts of Kampala.
