She is self-driven, assertive, and technically grounded in the insurance business with a special knack for customer excellence. Shakira previously worked at Sanlam General Insurance Uganda as Deputy General Manager Commercial Business where she left a track record of peak performance, contributing significantly towards the company’s success.
