President Paul Kagame has fired Rwanda Development Board Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Zephanie Niyonkuru, reports local news outlet, The New Times. The fired exec was accused of repeated managerial failures. Rwanda Development Board (RDB) is a Government of Rwanda entity tasked to transform Rwanda into a global hub for business and innovation by fostering an attractive investment environment, enabling regional and global exports, as well as creating jobs.
