The management of Speke Resort Munyonyo and Conference Centre has clarified on the minor and isolated fire incident that gutted its staff entrance and exit gate, saying no one has been hurt and services at the hotel were not affected at all. “Yes, we had a fire at the staff entrance and exit gate caused by a contractor working on building extension works. No one was injured in the minor incident.
