At 30 years, you are probably one of few if not the only CEO of over 28 companies worth over $1 billion. Don’t you feel this puts a tough challenge on your head? Of course there is a lot of pressure; being one of the youngest Managing Directors of such a high profile Group is quite a challenge, but I am learning to come to terms with the different pressures, the different time demands etc.
