Christmas is usually a time for making merry and celebrations, but not everyone can quite afford the celebration, especially the children in orphanages and childcare centres. To take the joy of Christmas to these advantaged children, the Ruparelia Group, through its charity arm, the Ruparelia Foundation annually arranges Christmas parties for disadvantaged children all over Uganda. However, this year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group decided to donate 5,000 Christmas hampers to various orphanages- that among others, include Eseza Foundation, Islamic Foundation and Angel Center.
