Image Registrars Limited appointed as UBL’s Share Registrar

Uganda Breweries Limited – UBL has appointed Image Registrars Limited as their Share Registrar.

Agnes Ssali, UBL Company Secretary, in a Monday statement, said that Image Registrars assumes work on 1st July 2022.

“UBL wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders, the general investor community and the public of the appointment Image Registrars Limited as UBL’s Share Registrar with effect from 1st July 2022 (the effective date).”

“All shareholder queries, application(s) for registration of transfer of shares of in UBL, dividend claims, issuance, cancelation and re-issuance of dividend cheques/payments and any other share registration services should be lodged with Image Registrars Limited from the effective date,” she added.

Located at 1st Floor, Shumuk House Colville Street P.O. Box 27478, Kampala, Image Registrars was established in 1993. They provide company secretarial and shares registration services.

Since inception, the company has grown rapidly and have distinguished themselves as one of the leading firms in this sub-sector.

The firms’ directors are qualified Certified Public Secretaries and members of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. In addition, they hold other distinguished professional qualifications.
