Ugandan investors in the real estate industry have been urged to diversify their investments. This involves spreading investment risks across portfolios and geographical locations among other options in a bid to maximize returns. Property giant Knight Frank and Dubai based real estate broker Candour have come together to promote this practice by creating awareness on available properties for divestment.
In an event held at the Kampala Serena Hotel in the week ending 25th June 2015, investors hosted by Knight Frank Managing Director Judy Kyanda were taken through various investment options for residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
