Tracy Carol Nabbona is the Chief Business Officer at Cairo Bank Uganda Limited.
She a seasoned banker with 15 years of banking experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning and Management, Capacity building, Credit evaluation and analysis, Financial Management, Product development, Trade Finance, Sales and marketing skills, Customer experience and Business segmentation.
Prior to joining Cairo Bank Uganda, Tracy worked with Orient Bank Uganda in several roles not limited to Manager SME Banking, Senior SME Relationship Manager and as a Branch Manager, Equity Bank – Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager, Fina Bank – Branch Manager and Centenary Bank – Branch Customer Service Supervisor.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University specializing in Project Planning and management and a Bachelor’s Degree BCOM in Finance.
Tracy refers to herself as an achiever and prides herself in professional excellence and always willing to take up new challenges. She enjoys swimming and travelling.
