Sylvia Mulomi is the People Function Director for Absa Bank Uganda Limited. She is a human resources management executive with over 15 years of experience that includes a background in non-profit and financial services international organizations based in Africa. She has proven knowledge and experience in culture transformation, performance management and employee engagement.
She holds a Masters of Public Administration majoring in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Bible. Sylvia has completed the Female Future Program run under the Federation of Uganda Employees that prepares female leaders for C-Suite opportunities. Sylvia served as the Chairperson for the HR Committee for the Uganda Bankers Association from April 2019 to April 2020 and is currently a member of the Board for Living Water Ministries Uganda, a faith based organization located in Mbale, Uganda.
