URA’s Ian Rumanyika Earns a Spot Among 100 Top Influential PR Practitioners

Ian Muhimbise Rumanyika, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Manager Public and Corporate Affairs, has been named among the top 100 Public Relations (PR) practitioners. According to the latest PR Measurement Influencer Index, Rumanyika occupies 29th slot out of 100. His recognition came during the Measurement Month (November), a global education programme by the International Association of Measurement & Evaluation of Communication (AMEC). The PR Measurement Influencer Index looks at some of the most prominent Twitter users who help drive the Communications Measurement debate.
