Agriculture, for long, continues to be Uganda’s biggest export contributor but fixing this sector has proven too harder on the  surface but yet easier on paper. Closer to this agriculture fix, is the labour market, which is becoming more of rocket science to  this government. In fact from government responses to a recent World Bank Uganda Economic Update, there seems to be no  concrete strategy to tame the runaway unemployment.
