Uganda’s Nsasiirwe wins WOMED Award South 2022 as Belgium appropriate UGX800M grant for women in small business entrepreneurship

Uganda’s Doreen Nsasiirwe, the proprietor of Kisoro Pure Honey has won the WOMED Award South 2022. The WOMED Award is a prize for the entrepreneur of the year, which is awarded annually by Markant vzw and UNIZO.
In collaboration with Trias, Markant, the Belgium network organisation selects a female entrepreneur and awards her with the WOMED Award South.
