State Minister for Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities Martin Mugarra Bahinduka, has vowed to address human – Wildlife conflicts. Mugarra made the promise during his just concluded his tour to Eastern Uganda. After the tour, the minister tweeted: “Concluded my three day tour of the communities sorrounding Queen Elizabeth and Kibale National Parks mainly Rubiriizi, Kasese and Kabarole Diatricts.
