He previously served as Head of Marketing at Crown Beverages Limited (CBL), the PepsiCo International franchise in Uganda, where he led high-impact campaigns, launched new products, and contributed significantly to market share gains across key beverage segments. During his tenure at CBL from 2008 to 2023, Luzinda played a central role in launching successful products such as Mountain Dew, Sting Energy Drink, and Aquafina Water, as well as in repositioning Pepsi Cola in the Ugandan market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University and is a certified member of the Uganda Marketers Society (UMS 110).
