Uganda healthcare

The Katikiro of Buganda, Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga (C), Julius Kakeeto, Managing Director, Pearl Bank (L), Dr. Cissy Kityo (2nd L), Executive Director, Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC), joined by officials from Rotary Uganda, and JCRC during a courtesy visit to the Katikkiro of Buganda. The visit follows the launch of a partnership between JCRC, Rotary, and Pearl Bank to fundraise for Uganda’s first-ever Bone Marrow Transplant Center, a major step toward strengthening the country’s capacity to treat complex blood disorders and cancers.
