CMIS Africa is a new initiative designed to rebuild and future-proof Africa’s journalism ecosystem—starting right here in Uganda. We are responding to a media environment that’s under-resourced, under-skilled, and under pressure from political and commercial interests. Journalism is too important to be left to chance.
