Standard Bank Group has announced that it is playing in the Heineken acquisition of Distell and Namibia Breweries Limited. “We are proud to announce a significant milestone in our relationship with Heineken. Last month Heineken announced plans to acquire Distell and Namibia Breweries in a multi-billion US$ transaction.
