Meet Rosemary Kisembo, the new NIRA Executive Director
On Friday last week, Rosemary Kisembo was appointed the new Executive Director of the National Identification and Registrations Authority (NIRA). She takes over from Judy Obitre Gama whose contract expired last year in 2020. Kisembo has been serving at NIRA as the authority’s Head of IT. She previously served as Head of Department at Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) for over 5 years and Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) as the Manager Software Engineering from March 2011 until January 2016.
