Makerere University has announced a partnership worth UGX200m with NBS Television Limited where NBS will offer live coverage, documentaries, news features, talk shows and digital media coverage. The commitment will go towards supporting the university’s year-long anniversary celebrations, which were launched in November 2021 during a stakeholder mobilization event organized by Makerere. The University has planned activities which include Public lecture series, a centenary conference, the Centenary run, Homecoming Dinner to mention but a few.
