What is your take on this petition and the outcry by the beverages manufacturers? Is it a legitimate concern? Yes, the outcry by the beverages and manufactures is a legitimate concern. The association welcomes the government’s move to combat illicit trade, tax evasion as well as protect consumers from contingent products through the introduction of Digital Tax Stamps (DTS).
