Geofrey, has until his latest appointment, been the Human Resources Manager for Mengo Hospital- a member healthcare facility of the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau (UPMB). He also served on the UPMB Executive Management Committee. UPMB is a faith-based national umbrella organization of all health facilities of the Protestant churches in Uganda.
