President Museveni has dismissed the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, and three other top officials over significant evidence of criminal negligence on the Kitezi landfill disaster. The dismissal follows findings of the Inspector General of Government (IGG) report concerning the Kiteezi Landfill disaster which claimed over 34 people with several others said to be missing until to date. The other KCCA officials dismissed include; Engineer David Luyimbazi, Deputy Executive Director and Dr. Daniel Okello, Director of Public Health.
