Next Media Services senior news anchor Sheila Nduhukire, has been appointed the Principal Public Relations Officer at National Medical Stores (NMS). She replaces Dan Kimosho, who retired last year to go into politics.
Prior to her role at Next Media Services, Sheila was a director at Africa Mashariki Media Agency, after leaving her position as a Senior News Anchor and Reporter at NTV Uganda
Sheila Nduhukire holds a Master’s degrees in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University and an Executive MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute, Arusha Tanzania
NMS expansion
NMS is strengthening its operations including opening a state-of-the-art pharmaceuticals warehouse in Kajjansi and extending its drug supply chain beyond the district headquarters to rural-based health facilities.
The agency has also unveiled plans to install a medical oxygen plant to deal with the shortage of oxygen supply in health facilities.
