The Ruparelia Foundation, in partnership with nica, has come out to provide free eye services to the people of Kamuli district in “Free Eye” Camp.
The camp is scheduled for August 20 and 21, 2022 at Shree Hindu Bhagini Samaj.
Residents expect free eye screening, cataract surgery, free glasses and blood drive.
Founded by Ugandan business mogul and philanthropist Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, Ruparelia Foundation is dedicated to improving the health of people in the communities through social mobilization for health by the foundation or its charity partners.
The foundation has on several occasions contributed to medical bills, hospital renovations, purchase of essential hospital equipment, and holding health camps for community people for free.

Last week, Dr. Ruparelia donated a brand new ambulance and a sum of UGX10 million to the Rotary Club of Nsangi which was mobilising funds to build a hospital.
He has also donated another UGX10 million to the Rotary Club Cancer Ward of Nsambya Hospital.
