Prof Samuel Sejjaaka has been appointed the new board chairman of monitor publications limited, one of Uganda’s leading news dailies with effect from 1st February 2022.   Prof Sejjaaka has built a reputable career over the years both in the academic and business world. He has a vast experience as a financial consultant spanning over twenty five years. A fellow of the association of ch
