PRESIDENT YOWERI MUSEVENI’S 2020 NEW YEAR MESSAGE: Vows to deal with crime, corrupt police force and land grabbers.
Fellow Countrymen and Country women.
Greetings to all Ugandans. The year that is ending had good things and
bad things. The bad things included crime like the killing of Nagirinya,
land-slides and floods. Crime had gone
up mainly because of the corruption and laxity in the Police force and the
other security agencies. There was also the historical under-equipping of the
Police.
