PostBank, UBTS Rally Ugandans to Donate Blood to reduce Blood Shortage in Health Care Facilities

PostBank Uganda has today teamed up with Uganda Blood Transfusion Services (UBTS) to rally Ugandans to donate blood to ensure that health centers have enough blood to save lives.
