Uganda’s potential job candidates can now upload Curriculum Vitae’s, connect with professional networks, apply for jobs or even have the first screening employer interview via the internet. This service is available through BrighterMonday.co.ug, an online job platform that recently launched onto Uganda’s market. The portal enables employers and employees meet and interact instantly via the internet across distances globally.
According to the company’s Marketing Manager Joshua Mugisha, the escalating growth of the internet has revolutionized the way businesses operate, individuals communicate as well as transformed the employment recruitment processes today.
