Susan Namulindwa, is a Canada-based Namagunga old girl, the Founder and Executive Director of Africa Trade Desk and also the Vice President, Canada-Africa Chamber of Business and Board Chair of the Afro Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Susan is a seasoned, client-focused and results-oriented executive, with a twenty-five years plus track record of management, mobilizing partners, teams and stakeholders with often competing interests to solve problems and achieve results for clients and stakeholders.
She has significant experience in developing and presenting strategic advice on organizational change to various committees/governance bodies and to senior leaders on important transformational initiatives.
She has demonstrated experience in change leadership including tolerance for leading through ambiguity, adaptability and negotiating win-win solutions.
She is the Founder and CEO, Maama Watali which provides advocacy, training and information on sustainable opportunities for personal progress and holistic socio-economic services to marginalized youth in Uganda as means to reduce prevailing poverty and exploitation of this population and enable them to lead productive independent lives.
Susan is also the Executive Director, Sepro Technologies Ltd, a Consultancy company in water and sanitation, sewerage, solid waste and waste water management for municipalities, industries, corporations and individuals in Uganda.
