The Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) board has admitted Jane Karuku, Eric Kiniti and Rachel Dumba as Non-Executive Directors. The appointment was announced by the UBL Board Chairman, Japheth Katto. Alvin Mbugua, Jimmy Mugerwa, and Agnes Ssali will continue to serve on the UBL Board as Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, respectively. Jane Karuku is the current Group Managing Director and CEO of East African Breweries Limited.
