It has been five years since Molly Nagasha graduated from Kampala International University (KIU).
However, years later KIU remains a part of her life and continues to shape her career.
Nagasha joined KIU in 2017, where she spent three years, before graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Education degree in 2020.
Over the years, she has thrived, building on years of a solid foundation of high quality training that she received in her formative years while at KIU, to build a better life. .
KIU, she says, provided her with an environment through which she pursued intellectual growth by acquiring extensive knowledge, skills, and competencies in her area of study and beyond.
It is such transformative experience that shaped her into a confident and exceptional educator, which she has ably demonstrated at Equatorial College School, Ibanda.
During her time at KIU, Nagasha was an active member of the Mission KIU Debate Society, which honed her critical thinking, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
The experience instilled in her the confidence to tackle challenges with logical and well-reasoned arguments and also taught her the art of remaining measured, amid challenges.
And it is this confidence that has inspired her to return to KIU, which shaped her in her formative years, to pursue a Master of Arts in Linguistics.
For this, she is proud to call KIU her alma-mater and a source of inspiration, empowering me to strive for excellence and achieve greater heights”.
