By Silvia Nyambura In compliance with regulatory requirements that composite insurance companies demerge by September 2nd 2014, the Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA) Uganda has officially separated its life and general businesses. As a result the ICEA Group now comprises ICEA General Insurance Company Limited, ICEA Life Assurance Company Limited and ICEA Asset Management.
