Hima Cement has come out to support Uganda traffic police in efforts to prevent road accidents.
The Cement manufacturer has donated free safety training for the road users and protective gear to be distributed to bodaboda riders across the country in the newly launched National road safety campaign.

In this campaign the Traffic Police has set a target to reduce the number of road accidents by 20 percent within a year and save lives lost in such accidents. The main target will be public transportation vehicles and bodaboda riders, with a lot of emphasis on the latter.
